It’s a process that happens so slowly that we don’t even realize it started. Our attitude, which began as grateful, is now swinging toward inattentive apathy. And in time, will settle into ungrateful disdain. And for some, perhaps even in this room this morning right now, your whole relationship with God has devolved down to this simple prayer, “Hey God, where’s my pie?”
