In this series, we are looking at the first appearance of the resurrected Jesus to His church which happened literally hours after He arose.
This first appearance of the resurrected Jesus to the church was strategic. As we will see in the text today, immediately after resurrecting from the dead, Jesus gets right to putting attention and responsibility on the church. He wastes not a moment in celebration but rather gets right to delegation.
