There is an essential difference between “Coming to Christ” and “Following Christ”. Salvation is free but Sanctification is costly. Following Jesus and Discipleship are synonymous, and it includes Imitation. In today’s scripture passage Jesus teaches us what it really means to be a true Disciple and what is required of everyone that makes the decision to follow Him.
