  • Barry Clair Lead Pastor

    Barry assumed the position of Lead Pastor of Tiffany Fellowship on October 28, 2007.  He has served on several church staffs as well as being the Lead Pastor of a church in Quincy, Illinois for over 11 years.  Barry has a Church Leadership degree from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida.  He and his wife, Rosemarie, have been married for over 30 years and have three adult children.


  • Kendra Bryse Administration Pastor

    Kendra graduated from North Central University in Minneapolis, MN. and has a degree in Children's Ministry.  Kendra's vision is to empower people to find their God given purpose.  She wants everyone to desire to love God with all their heart, soul, mind and strength.

  • Emilee Linger Worship & Groups Pastor

    Emilee graduated from North Central University with a degree in Intercultural Studies, minor in Psychology and has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

  • Dave Hintz Care and Marriage Pastor

    Dave graduated from MTI and Faith Bible College.  He also completed the Ministerial Studies program through Global University.  Dave has a heart to see people empowered to do ministry and fulfill their role in the body of Christ.  He also has a deep passion to see couples thrive in their marriages, and has been involved in different aspects of Marriage Ministry for over 20 years.

  • Matt Knowles Children's Pastor

    Matt grew up in the Kansas City area.  He began attending TFC in 2012 and began volunteering in Children’s Ministry in 2014.  Feeling a deeper call from God to Children’s Ministry he enrolled in Kidmin Academy and graduated in March 2017.  Matt has a deep passion for helping kids develop a lasting and fruitful relationship with God.

  • Audra Novotny Office Administrator

    Audra came on staff in 2009 as a pastoral assistant and receptionist.  After a short time, her many other talents added the additional responsibilities of Office Manager and Graphic Designer.  She is also the church's Prayer Chain Coordinator enabling the church body to unite in prayer at a moment's notice when needs arise.  Audra's desire is that her servant's heart would be contagious with everyone she meets to equip them for ministry.

  • Brittanee Coulter Youth Pastor

    Brittanee was born and raised in Kansas City, and has attended Tiffany Fellowship her entire life.  After being involved in youth group while a teen, she transitioned into a volunteer position for four years before being asked to come on staff.  Brittanee’s desire is to help youth discover their passion for Christ, and help solidify their relationship with Him.
